Before “Leads to Deeds” (L2D), I did not have the confidence in myself to go on appointments. When I would go, I found myself stumbling over my words and not knowing how to handle objections. L2D has given me both the confidence and tools I need to not only go to appointments but to also make the presentation. It’s taught me on what to say, and maybe more importantly, what not to say. I just go through the flip chart, and if I do find myself getting off track, the flip chart helps me find my way back.
Keith and Cortney have done an excellent job creating these tools. The weekly webinars are very helpful, and the fact that you can go back and listen to them over and over has been very helpful as well.
If you’re struggling in your confidence to go out and make presentations, and not have to worry about making a bumbling fool of yourself, I’d highly recommend the “Leads to Deeds” program.

Hi Cortney–Just so you know–I have a lot of respect and admiration for you and Keith. You all (as we love to say in the South!) are sooo very awesome and just naturally come across sooo very together and polished without being phoney!! The thing I liked best was your idea of the thank you cards in the car. Only things is….I don’t write so pretty in the car–oh well!!

The two areas that were impressed upon me the most were understanding the sales process and the presentation skills modules. Though the training program is focused on real estate, it can be adapted to many fields of work and aspects of life. Learning and practicing the presentation skills allowed me to quickly modify a presentation I recently gave to a seller who just wanted to know my offer.
