Meet Cortney & Keith
Cortney Jones
As a Marketing Major at ASU Cortney realized the value of good marketing and sales skills and how developing these 2 skills would be a strong business foundation for anyone. Cortney quickly put the skills into practice and excelled at sales and shined as a leader enough that she was promoted to National Sales Trainer within the company she worked with. In this career Cortney traveled throughout the U.S. training all of the sales teams. Within a couple of years Cortney was recruited away by a Fortune 500 company and quickly rose to the top 1% of all Sales Managers in the U.S. An achievement she maintained for 4 years before she decided to take her love of sales and merge it with her love for real estate.
In 1992, Cortney bought her first rental property. Over the last 22 years Cortney got her real estate license, was a Realtor ®, and also a managing broker. Since that first acquisition Cortney has been involved in the purchase and sale of over 400 real estate transactions. During the time she was growing her business and enjoying the fruits of her labor, Cortney realized that she had a new passion . . . helping others to succeed in growing their business and sharing the lessons that she had learned over a couple decades. While growing her real estate business, Cortney spent a year going through a certification process to become an Accountability and Performance coach to learn how to recognize the key items that are holding others back and help them to quickly and easily breakthrough and achieve greatness.
Highly skilled at marketing & sales, a real estate expert, and certified business consultant, Cortney decided to take the skills that she used to grow her real estate business and share them with others so that people everywhere could quickly implement the lessons she learned to see immediate results that would impact their financial future in a positive way. Today Cortney is a sought after speaker, trainer and consultant and she continues to grow and maintain her real estate portfolio.
